As a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, Colby Martin has built his two decades of success by focusing on building meaningful, empathetic relationships with his clients. Listening more than he talks, his innate sense of people's unspoken needs allows him to achieve maximum results for his clients. His professional education includes a degree from Penn State University, a Master Certification in Negotiation, and working with new realtors as a market center Trainer/Instructor and as part of the leader ship council. In his spare time Colby can be found on the golf course or working with one of the nonprofits close to his heart. He serves on the Downingtown Main St. Association and the KW growth task force and supports the American diabetes Association.
We live, work, and play in Downingtown, and we wanted to make a greater impact by helping people connect and creating a useful resource for our community. What began with our “People to Know & Places to Go” newsletter grew into the Downingtown Life Facebook group, now with more than 30,000 members. As founders and administrators, we love bringing neighbors together, shining a light on local businesses, and helping people discover what’s happening around town. It’s our way of giving back to the community we’re proud to call home.
