Think about it this way....Should you stop working before the holidays.  Ok - before you answer that honestly - again....SHOULD you?  If someone is ready, willing and able to shop for a home in the dead of winter you can be assured they are serious as shot of tequila on your wedding day. Which got me thinking - what if I had a shot every day - but I digress.    Folks need to move for a variety of reasons.  People have human babies, Job relocation, they don't want to clean (picture hoarder), Divorce, Marriage, Move up, Move down, Be near family or further away =), Investments, Vacation Home, Crash pad, Death...and taxes.  The reality is when you DECIDE to move you want to move.  Period.  Inventory vs sales % remains pretty constant believe it or not.  When you are ready to run the marathon, that's what it feels like sometimes, the key to winning in this market is "ENDURANCE".  Be patient and don't stop looking because its the "Holidays".  Happy November!  Enjoy the fall
